How to use Concrete Volume Calculator

Enter a rectangular slab length and width in meters, thickness in centimeters and optional waste percentage. The tool converts thickness into meters and estimates cubic meters of concrete.

How Concrete Volume Calculator calculates the result

Slab volume in cubic meters = length in meters × width in meters × (thickness in centimeters ÷ 100). Multiply by (1 + waste percentage ÷ 100) for the ordering allowance. Irregular sections require separate estimates.

Example

A slab of 5 m × 4 m × 10 cm requires 2 m³, or 2.2 m³ with 10% extra allowance.

What to know

For uniform rectangular slabs only. Additional concrete for edges, beams, reinforcement, uneven ground or irregular shapes is excluded. Check site and structural requirements independently.
